His Royal Highness Prince Mansour Bin Mutaib Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (born in 1952) is a Minister of State, a member of the Council of Ministers in the Kingdom, and an advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

His education

Prince Dr. Mansour Bin Mutaib is the eldest son of Prince Mutaib Bin Abdulaziz. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from George Washington University in the United States of America.

His career

Prince Dr. Mansour Bin Mutaib worked as a professor in the Department of Public Administration at King Saud University in Riyadh before serving as the Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs between 2006 and 2009. He was appointed Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs (currently the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing), succeeding his father, Prince Mutaib Bin Abdulaziz, for approximately six years, between 2009 and 2015. He was then appointed Minister of State, a member of the Council of Ministers, and an advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
