It was built with an intellectual vision based on creating a heritage district for al-Madinah al-Munawwarah, that preserves the identity of its urban and architectural history. Launching of Madinah Heritage District

The Madinah Heritage District was launched in 2015, covering an area of 120,000 m, thus forming a model for the old city districts. It includes a model of al-Uyaynah commercial street, the historic closed districts, and buildings of ancient architectural style. It also harbors al-Madinah theater area, connected to open terraces overlooking a square reserved for activities and events.
