However, although the fund mainly invests in developed properties that can generate periodic rental income, it could also invest no more than 25 percent of the overall value of its assets in property development.

SEDCO Capital REIT Fund consists of an investment portfolio distributed among Jeddah Province, Riyadh Province, and the Eastern Province. The fund's investments are focused on investing at least 75 percent of the fund's assets in developed properties in Saudi Arabia, where these properties can generate periodic rental income. It also focuses on investing up to 25 percent of its assets in favor of property development, renovation, or redevelopment activities, or in favor of investment in properties located abroad.
