Alameriah Company is a Saudi company operating in real estate development. It offers comprehensive real estate services in partnership with several local and global companies.

Alameriah Company was established in Riyadh City, as a limited liability company. It is incorporated with the Ministry of Commerce, since October 25, 2022, and holds Commercial Register No. 1010181773.

Alameriah Company seeks to offer real estate, health, tourism, and residential services, among others. It also manages, executes, and completes projects in a comprehensive manner. It works on establishing local and global partnerships with contracting and consulting companies.

Alameriah Company offers several real estate development services including the construction and renovation of pavements, streets, and public roads, the construction and repair of railways, sewage projects, water distribution plants and lines, the construction of ready-made buildings, and the provision of development and renovation services for the public infrastructure of residential and non-residential buildings, such as schools, airports, and hotels.

Alameriah Company executed several real estate projects. These projects include office projects, such as Alameriah Tower in Riyadh City, and tourism and hotel facilities in Makkah al-Mukarramah and Jeddah, executed according to an agreement with Time Hotels Management LLC for the operation of hotels. It also constructed five hundred private residential units, including apartments and villas, launched in collaboration with Alinma Investment Company in Jeddah and Riyadh Cities. It concluded a partnership agreement with the same company for the establishment of the "Logistics Development Zone Fund" to develop al-Shurooq Hills logistics project. It also concluded a financing agreement with the Ministry of Housing and established a global partnership in the English city of London to build the One Nine ELMS residential and hotel tower. It invested in the construction of the Cantara Tower in the Emirati city of Dubai. Alameriah Company has contributed to corporate social responsibility upon establishing Alameriah Humanitarian Institution which was allocated one-third of the company's profits.
