



The historical centers of the cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia embody Saudi Arabia's heritage, cultural, and historical identity. These centers include:
King Abdulaziz Historical Center:
Located in al-Murabba Neighborhood in central Riyadh City, this cultural and historical hub spans 440,000 m. Established on January 22, 1999, it serves as a cultural landmark reflecting the history of the Arabian Peninsula.
Al-Hukm Palace District in Riyadh:
The district serves as the heart and historical core of Riyadh City. It encompasses: al-Hukm Palace, al-Suweigah Commercial Complex, al-Masmak Square, Justice Square, Imam Turki Bin Abdullah Mosque, Safah Square, Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Square, al-Muʼaykaliyah Market Center, the old city wall and its historic gates, Souk al-Zal.
Taif Historical Center:
Known as the central area, it stands as one of the oldest neighborhoods in Taif. It comprises three districts: Harat Fawq, Harat Asfal, historically the residence of princes and nobility, and Harat as-Sulaymaniyah. This area also features several heritage buildings.
Al-Majma'ah Historical Center:
This center includes several notable landmarks, such as the Endowment of King Abdulaziz, Ahmed Al-Sane'a School, Munikh Mountain Watchtower, al-Askar Historical Palace, Rabiah House, and al-Mazal Museum.
Baljurashi Historical Center:
This area contains a number of heritage buildings, with most of the houses dating back to the eighteenth century.
Historical Center in al-Wajh Governorate:
Located south of al-Wajh Governorate in Tabuk Province, this archaeological site consists of heritage buildings and a market known as "al-Manakhah."
Historical Center in al-Namas:
Known as "al-Nayih Heritage Village," it features multi-story heritage buildings, with approximately 122 old residences. The village showcases the traditional Asiri architectural style.
