Modhi Bint Abi Wahtan took care of knowledge and education, and she also focused on charitable endowments. She has a well-known endowment called 'Sibalat Modhi' in At-Turaif District of Diriyah, which was established by her son, Imam Abdulaziz Bin Mohammad Bin Saud, the second imam of the First Saudi State, and it was made an endowment in her name.

The 'Sibalat Modhi' endowment is located on the southeastern bank of At-Turaif District, east of the Salwa Palace and south of Bayt al-Mal. It overlooks the main road leading to it, and it is a charitable endowment for the community.

The building of 'Sibalat Modhi' consists of two floors and was used as free accommodation for traders, visitors coming from outside Diriyah, students of knowledge, and those in need. It contains rooms for education, others for sleeping, storage, and feeding. It also includes a mosque and stables to house the animals of the visitors, traders, and their caravans.

Attached to the endowment on the southern side is a mosque called 'Masjid Sibalat Modhi,' which includes prayer areas that were used for teaching.
