The strategy includes twenty training programs aimed at creating one million jobs over the next ten years. This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 in enhancing the tourism sector and strengthening its global position, ultimately generating job opportunities that contribute to the local economy.

The ministry pledged to create job opportunities in the tourism sector, positioning it as a key pillar of Saudi Vision 2030. The strategy aims to provide up to one million jobs, following the announcement of the tourist visa and the Kingdom's opening to visitors from around the world.
