Al-Falah Private Schools are a group of private endowment, boys-only schools established by Mohammed Ali Zinal in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah al-Mukarramah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Jeddah branch was established in 1905, and the Makkah al-Mukarramah branch was established in 1912.

Admission criteria at al-Falah Private Schools
Al-Falah Private Schools require students to pass the school's achievement tests, in addition to meeting several admission requirements specific to each grade. The schools admit graduates of al-Falah Elementary Schools to the middle school if they have achieved a score of 80 percent or higher on the Arabic, Mathematics, and Science exams. For the high school, the schools admit graduates of al-Falah Middle Schools with a score of 80 percent or higher on the final exams in Arabic, Mathematics, Science, and English. Admission to al-Falah Schools is also available to students from other schools if there are vacancies in the first year of middle school and the first year of high school, provided that the student is academically excellent and passes the competitive examination prepared by al-Falah Schools.
