Wadi Al-Aqiq in Taif

Wadi al-Aqiq is one of the seasonal waterways in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, located in Taif Governorate within Makkah Province, west of the Kingdom. It stands as one of the natural tourist attractions of the region.

Wadi al-Aqiq, which stretches over a distance of 115 km, traverses the lands of Taif Governorate within Makkah Province, flowing from the southwest to the northeast. Its source originates from al-Sayl al-Saghir and converges into the basin of al-Khobaira. Wadi al-Aqiq maintains an average gradient of 4.8 m as it flows, feeding both Wadi Al-Qran and Wadi Salha.
