Fashion Female Leaders Program 'Elevate'

Fashion Female Leaders Program 'Elevate' is managed by a group of experts in the fashion sector, targeting female entrepreneurs to develop and enhance their leadership talents. The program includes a series of virtual, interactive mentoring sessions that run for six months. It was announced by the Fashion Commission, one of the commissions under the Ministry of Culture, on September 12, 2021.

The program aims to increase the number of qualified female leaders in the fashion sector and provide them with pathways to success both locally and globally. It empowers participants to build a global network of connections to assist them in the long term and supports them in achieving their future career goals. Additionally, the program enhances their leadership skills to ensure their success.

The program's objectives cover various topics, including guiding trainees to develop and grow their businesses in the future, assisting them in achieving their project goals, sharing best practices in the fashion industry, and supporting them in establishing a global network in this vital industry. Additionally, it aims to enhance their leadership skills, empower participants to build a global network of connections for long-term support, and highlight Saudi female leaders on an international level.

The Fashion Commission launched the second edition of the 'Elevate' - Fashion Female Leaders Program on November 28, 2022. The registration requirements for interested participants include having experience or owning an establishment in the fashion industry for no less than three years, being at least twenty-one years old, and having proficiency in English. Additionally, applicants must pass personal interviews.
