Hawi Platform is an online platform designed for the Saudi Amateur Clubs Association. It was established by the Quality of Life Program Center to assist amateurs in establishing their own clubs and communities. The association has representatives from twelve government entities on its Board of Directors to develop societal activities and boost creative ideas.
Services of (Hawi) Platform
Hawi Platform provides amateurs with multiple services, such as establishing amateur clubs, registering memberships, customizing a page for each club to enable effective communication for its members, and reserving co-working spaces, in addition to holding symposiums and training courses.
The platform provides license services to hold amateur events and issue tickets. It also submits funding requests for amateur clubs via a support fund financed through sponsors and provides an application for smartphones.
Registertion on (Hawi) Platform
Registration of amateur clubs begins with creating an online account on the platform. This should be followed by selecting the platinum membership, which qualifies the applicant for club establishment. Afterward, the applicant must fill out the application form that includes the club's definition, objectives, founders' information, and activities. Lastly, the completed application should be submitted.
The club's founders determine the membership criteria. They approve the digital acknowledgment of amateur club regulations and the agreement to dissolve amateur clubs. As a result, the platform and the supervising entity review the membership requests. Upon completion of this process, the club's Certificate of Incorporation is issued within a maximum of ten working days.
When a request is initiated to establish the club with other members, three founding members will have valid platinum memberships, in addition to defining their roles in the club, which consist of a club president, a club vice president, and a treasurer. Then, the documents required by the supervising authority will be enclosed, according to the hobby classification guide.

The hobbies at Hawi Platform are classified as follows:
- The cultural section includes hobbies, such as literature, blogging, fashion, films, food and drink tasting and evaluating, heritage, and translation.
- The sports section includes bowling, billiards, baloot, skiing, rowing, tennis, and backpackers.
- The entertainment section includes fireworks, artistic performances, and acrobatics.
- The media section includes hobbies, such as directing, production, content writing, journalism, and editing.
- The environmental section includes hobbies, such as agriculture, hunting, animal husbandry, horticulture, and birdwatching.
Hawi Platform also includes languages, traveling, perfume formulation and manufacturing, innovation, invention, gemstone care, car restoration, aviation photography, and falconry care.
Achievements of Hawi Platform
The number of clubs launched by Hawi Platform has reached 509, with 21,489 affiliated members, and 502 events covering 192 hobbies.
