The Riyadh Polytechnic Institute (RPI) is a non-profit institute established in 2009. It is one of the projects under the Saudi Center for International Strategic Partnerships of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. The institute aims to be a significant contributor to meeting the labor market's needs for highly qualified national human resources. Supported by the Human Resources Development Fund, the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation agreed with the Obeikan Investment Group to establish the institute to train young people, ensuring their employment with the company or in other sectors from the date they join the institute.

Riyadh Polytechnic Institute offers technical and vocational programs for high school graduates or equivalent, spanning two and a half years. These programs are tailored to meet industry needs, ensuring employment upon graduation. Since its establishment, the institute has provided specialized training programs across various sectors. These programs integrate theoretical and practical coursework, workshops, and collaborative training within their respective workplaces and factories. Specializations focus on digital manufacturing, printing, packaging, maintenance, operations, supply chain, finance, and more.
