Eatizaz Program

Eatizaz Program is one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Defense in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ministry launched it in recognition of the efforts of its personnel who protect the nation. The program aims to educate and raise awareness in the community about the role of its personnel and to provide products and services to them and their families, including those who are currently in service, retirees, and the families of martyrs, through partnerships with both the public and private sectors.

The program aims to enhance the sense of appreciation and self-esteem among Ministry of Defense personnel, elevate and improve the level of services provided to them and their families, and raise and deepen community awareness about the importance of the role played by ministry personnel and pride in their efforts. It also seeks to motivate the Ministry of Defense’s personnel through social participation, which in turn enhances their efficiency and performance, and to develop and improve individual performance among the ministry’s personnel.

In 2022, the Ministry of Defense signed a memorandum of understanding with Saudia to establish a strategic and cooperative partnership, aiming to provide exclusive benefits to the beneficiaries of Eatizaz program. These benefits include dedicated platforms for completing travel procedures at local airports, priority boarding, and special discounts on travel and accommodation packages offered by 'Saudia Holidays.' Additionally, the Ministry signed a memorandum of understanding with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) to facilitate home ownership and provide benefits and services to the ministry’s personnel. Through Taqdeer program, GOSI supported the implementation of the Ministry of Defense's programs and initiatives, developed programs and services related to retirees, and enhanced technical cooperation between Eatizaz and Taqdeer programs to simplify and facilitate services for retirees through Eatizaz platform. This includes offering benefits that cover services and products provided by GOSI specifically for Ministry of Defense retirees.

In 2022, the Ministry of Defense signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Quality of Life Program Center, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 realization programs, to support and enhance cooperation between the two parties. This agreement aimed to enable Eatizaz Program to benefit from the initiatives of the Quality of Life Program, achieving strategic objectives in cultural, tourism, entertainment, and sports aspects. Additionally, the ministry signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Federation of Saudi Chambers to support collaboration between the two parties by enabling private sector establishments, members of the chambers of commerce, to participate in providing various initiatives, programs, products, and services to the beneficiaries of Eatizaz Program. These beneficiaries include the Ministry of Defense’s personnel and their families, including those who are currently in service, retirees, and the families of martyrs.

It is a government electronic application available on "Google" and "Apple" app stores, specifically for the Ministry of Defense’s personnel. The app showcases discounts, rewards, and exclusive offers provided to them by hundreds of brands in the Kingdom across various sectors, such as health, tourism, transportation, technology and telecommunications, food and retail, and finance and lending.
