The National e-Training Platform 'Doroob' is one of the initiatives of the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF). It aims to train and empower the workforce of both genders, qualifying them, enhancing their skills, and developing their capabilities according to the requirements of the labor market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The platform offers 243 electronic training courses in various specializations and skills relevant to the labor market.

Importance of the Doroob Platform

The platform was established to increase job opportunities for job seekers, empower students and those already employed in their fields, and offer various training programs and tracks for different job needs, free of charge. Upon completion of the training, participants are awarded accredited certificates bearing the HADAF and Doroob logos.

'Doroob' is a key initiative of the Human Resources Development Fund. It aims at meeting the needs of private sector institutions for national talent, helping job seekers increase their chances of employment, introducing students to the labor market, and supporting those already employed in enhancing their job skills and securing better job opportunities.

Objective of the platform's training programs

'Doroob' aims to qualify and train private sector employees, job seekers, and students, with the goal of developing their skills and enhancing their professional capabilities to effectively align with the needs of the labor market. The training programs are established according to the needs of the labor market in the Kingdom, in collaboration with various private sector companies, authorities, and entities, aiming to impart and improve skills. Participants in the training programs pass upon achieving a score of 70 percent or higher.

The platform offers training courses in various specializations, such as: Business Administration, Information Technology and Computer Science, Job Skills, Self-Development Skills, as well as Health, Languages, Finance and Accounting, Arts and Humanities, Data and Statistics, Law, Engineering Sciences, Tourism and Entertainment, Information Security, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Management, Telecommunications Technology, and General Skills.

As for partner courses, they are offered through collaboration between HADAF and other entities in specific fields, aiming to strengthen the expertise and enhance the knowledge of learners in their relevant areas of interest.

Difference between a training program and a training track

The training track includes a number of training programs that must all be completed to obtain certification. A training program, on the other hand, consists of a single course in a specific specialization. Programs are offered in both Arabic and English.

Participants on the platform can register for another training program even if they have not completed the previous one, provided there are no prerequisite requirements. The training programs do not have a specific time limit for completion; they are available and flexible, allowing participants to access them without any maximum limit or specific number.

The trainee can also select courses that suit their academic specialization, current job, desired job, as well as their academic and practical interests.

Login to Doroob Platform

Access to the platform is available through its website on the internet. Users can log in by clicking on Login and entering their email address and password. If the trainee is a Taqat user, they should click on Taqat User. After logging in, users can browse the available training programs on the platform.
