Nokhab Programs are training programs under the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF). They include three specialized training programs aimed at developing national talents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Launched by the SIDF Academy, these programs target recent graduates with bachelor's and master's degrees, in partnership with prestigious universities and educational and training institutions.

Objectives of Nokhab Programs

Nokhab Programs work towards several goals, including: contributing to meet the needs of the Saudi labor market, providing job opportunities within the SIDF, and offering intensive training directed at recent national graduates. The programs are based on an integrated system of training that leads to employment.

The programs also seek to evaluate companies' performance, adopt a structured approach to evaluate the creditworthiness of corporate borrowers, utilize market indicators to understand the risks of refinancing, analyze the credit risks of companies, and evaluate the client's ability to pay debts and compliance with financial pledges.

Specializations of Nokhab Programs

Graduates with bachelor's and master's degrees in various engineering disciplines can enroll in Nokhab Programs. Key specializations include: industrial engineering, materials engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, energy and water engineering, and utility and energy management engineering.

Nokhab Programs include assessing the financial and operational costs of projects and the technologies used, such as manufacturing methods, building systems, and safety systems. They also evaluate engineering risks and provide trainees with practical training opportunities in major industrial and service organizations and companies in various fields.

Nokhab training programs

The SIDF Academy launched three training programs under the umbrella of "Nokhab", aiming to provide intensive training directed at the national competencies of recent graduates. These programs are Nokhab Credit, Nokhab Market Studies, and Nokhab Engineering.

Nokhab Market Studies Program is one of the Nokhab training programs that aims to teach trainees to evaluate projects by assessing the current needs of the market, analyzing the current industry conditions and data, evaluating marketing plans, managing sales, analyzing the technical aspects of projects submitted for financing, and equipping the trainees with the skills to predict the future of manufacturing projects to determine their suitability for financing.

Bachelor's and master's graduates of all majors can enroll in the Market Studies Nokhab program. Upon completion, trainees can accomplish several tasks, including evaluating the marketing, financial, and sales aspects of the project, preparing and reviewing economic feasibility studies for proposed projects, obtaining loans from the SIDF, conducting data analysis, and designing financial models, and providing expertise in various core areas to develop marketing plans.

Nokhab Credit Program

The SIDF Academy, the representative of the Nokhab program, launched Nokhab Credit Program. It is a training program that operates to build knowledge in the credit and business sectors through an insightful learning journey in financial analysis inside and outside the Kingdom. Moreover, bachelor's and master's graduates from all majors can enroll in the program.

Furthermore, the academy also created the Nokhab Engineering Program, a training program aimed at elite engineers to build the engineering and technical knowledge necessary to conduct feasibility studies in the industry, energy, mining, and logistics sectors.

Entities cooperating with Nokhab Programs

Nokhab Programs offer training inside and outside the SIDF Academy in cooperation with international organizations, such as: Standford Center for Professional Development, in addition to Fitch Learning, one of the prominent educational institutions in specialized training in finance, with the participation of thirty-two trainees from the SIDF's staff and three trainees from the Small and Medium Enterprises Loan Guarantee Program (Kafala).
