His Royal Highness Prince Turki Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (born in 1968) has been the Governor of Aseer Province since December 27, 2018, succeeding Prince Faisal Bin Khalid Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Prince Turki is the fourth son of Prince Talal Bin Abdulaziz.

Prince Turki Bin Talal holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science, an academic certificate from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the United Kingdom, and a certificate from the US Army Aviation School. Additionally, he completed several civil and military courses in leadership.
He is known for his mediation among tribes to facilitate reconciliation in Qisas cases of retribution. He also regularly organizes cultural forums for lectures and intellectual dialogues.
