The National Center for Government Resources Systems (NCGR) is a Saudi government center, established in 2021. It is focused on the financial and administrative e-systems of public resources for citizens, government organizations, and the private sector. The center, organizationally linked to the Minister of ‎Finance, has a legal personality and enjoys financial and ‎managerial independence.

The governmental resource systems include the unified system and electronic systems related to finance, accounts, the state's general budget, government payments, government tenders and purchases, supplier relations, supply chains, asset management systems, government warehouses, billing and collection of government revenues, human resources systems, employee affairs, salaries, self-service for leave requests, work tasks, training, boarding, and so on.

Goals of the National Center for Government Resources Systems

The center aims to provide unified and integrated systems, enhance transparency and combat corruption, improve productivity and operational efficiency and spending, deliver digital products and services, and build data capabilities and business intelligence.

The board of directors of the National Center for Government Resources Systems

The center has a board of directors chaired by the Minister of Finance and includes at least five members appointed by an order of the Prime Minister, based on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance. The center also has a CEO who is appointed and dismissed by a decision of the board.

The board is the supreme authority of the center, overseeing its affairs and managing its operations, making decisions and actions that achieve the center's objectives. These include: approving the center's general policy and organizational structure, establishing administrative and financial regulations that govern the center's operations, approving the establishment of branches and offices for the center within the Kingdom, and forming permanent or temporary committees, each with a chair and members, entrusted with tasks related to the center's work.
