The Red Sea Project aims to achieve several goals, including:

- Improving the local environment and quality of life for surrounding communities.

- Developing thriving industries, including tourism and hospitality.

- Creating seventy thousand direct and indirect job opportunities by 2030.

- Driving economic growth and diversifying its sources in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to reduce dependence on oil as a primary source of income.

- Contributing up to SAR22 billion annually to the gross domestic product (GDP) during the full operation phase.

- Making the project a global leader in the field of renewable development across design, construction, and operation phases.
