Omar Mohammed al-Jasser (born 1962) is an actor, writer, and director. He is one of the pillars of Saudi theater and the founder of the first officially recognized private theatrical troupe in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also founded the first private-sector theater. He served as Director of the Culture and Arts Society in Jeddah.

Omar al-Jasser was born in Jeddah City, Makkah al-Mukarramah Province. He attended King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah City, earning a bachelor's degree in sociology.
