The Private Sector Feedback Platform is an electronic platform dedicated to receiving feedback on the obstacles and challenges faced by the private sector. It is supervised by the National Competitiveness Center (NCC - also known as Tayseer), an independent government entity responsible for developing and enhancing the competitive environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Establishment of the Private Sector Feedback Platform

The Private Sector Feedback Platform was established on March 10, 2020, pursuant to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers, when NCC established the Laws and Regulations Support Unit within its premises to act as a point of contact responsible for developing communication mechanisms for government and private sector entities. The unit would receive feedback and information on challenges faced by the private sector enterprises and establishments operating in the commercial and investment fields in the Kingdom. It would then refer this feedback to the competent government entities. The platform operates based on the criteria for challenges and obstacles determined by the NCC in collaboration with other government entities.

Objectives of the Private Sector Feedback Platform

The Private Sector Feedback Platform aims to offer its services in favor of fostering communication between the public and private sectors and enhancing mechanisms for addressing challenges faced by the private sector, ultimately contributing to developing the business environment in the Kingdom.

The Private Sector Feedback Platform methodology for processing cases and challenges

The Private Sector Feedback Platform processes cases and addresses challenges through specific stages determined for cases filed by the private sector. The case is registered in the first stage before being examined and analyzed during the second stage. In the third stage, the case is subject to benchmarking, where reform solutions are proposed. Their application by the relevant entity is then verified before announcing the reform completion in the last stage.
