Hail Province in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia includes nine sports clubs distributed across the governorates and cities of the province. Al-Tai Club is considered the first club to be established in the province, and the list of clubs includes:

It was established in 1974, and its main headquarters is located in Baq'a City.

It was established in 1976, and its main headquarters in Faid City.

Al-Hait Club
It was established in 1976, and its main headquarters is located in al-Hait City.

It was established in 1977, and its headquarters is located in Hail City.
