Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO)

The Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company, known as 'SADAFCO', is a long-life dairy and food products company headquartered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with branches extending across the Middle East.

Saudia, a subsidiary brand of (SADAFCO), commands over half of the long-life milk market and nearly one-third of the total milk market in the Kingdom. Its product portfolio includes dairy products, ice cream, tomato paste, snacks, beverages, and other food items.

The Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) was founded in 1976. The company commenced production in 1977. In 1990, three dairy companies merged into one company, officially forming 'SADAFCO'.

In 2005, the Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) transformed from a private company to a public company listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) after its initial public offering held in the same year, with a capital of SAR325 million.

In 2016, the Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) implemented a project to supply its regional center in Riyadh with solar energy, making it one of the first companies to adopt solar energy projects. In 2018, the company acquired the Polish dairy company 'Mlekoma' with an initial stake of 76 percent in 'Mlekoma SP. Z O.O.' and its subsidiary 'Foodex SP. Z O.O.' (Mlekoma Group), with the acquisition value amounting to SAR120 million.

In 2020, the Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) opened one of the largest ice cream factories in the Middle East.

The Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) offers several products, including milk, ice cream, tomato paste, snacks (such as crisps), cheese, and dairy alternatives.

The company has introduced new products including cream, cheese, butter, powdered milk, ketchup, fortified infant formula, and frozen french fries products.

The Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) owns three factories, twenty-three warehouses, and 940 trucks, employing 3,034 employees from forty-nine nationalities.
