Establishment of Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company began its activity as a limited liability company in 1974, and then converted into a Saudi joint-stock company in accordance with the Companies Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by virtue of Ministerial Decree No. 1397 dated April 13, 1983, issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (currently the Ministry of Commerce). The company also operates in the field of commercial advertising, public relations, marketing, publishing, and distribution under the license of the Ministry of Culture and Media (currently the Ministry of Media) No. 23232.

Activities of Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company conducts its activities through its head office in Riyadh and a network of branches and subsidiaries in the Kingdom, as well as through its investments in other companies inside and outside the Kingdom. Tihama is the parent company from which many companies operating in the fields of advertising marketing (newspapers, magazines, and satellite channels) have emerged. The group's main activities are in the following sectors: advertising, bookstores and retail, education, and production.

Tihama's activity has emerged locally through available media, including publications, television advertisements, and billboards on roads, in addition to the distribution, publishing, and printing of educational curricula, stores, and stationery. The company provides its services through Tihama for Education, Tihama for Retail, and Tihama for Advertising. Tihama also selects and employs global companies in the local market through investment or ownership of their assets, and the number of global companies it has invested in exceeds thirteen companies in various advertising and media fields.
