Seha Application operating systems
The concept of the Seha Application, which can be downloaded for free from the Apple Store and Google Play, is to enable video and audio communication with specialists from eight AM to midnight throughout the week. Users can log into the application, connect directly with a specialist, and present their case, which can be viewed through the app. The specialist can then respond to the user's inquiries, provide medical consultation regarding the case, and recommend the necessary medical action. The app supports both Arabic and English and is completely free of charge.
Seha Application integration
In 2022, the Ministry of Health integrated the (Seha, Mawid, and Tetamman) applications into the unified 'Sehhaty' app under the slogan 'All Health in Sehhaty!' This integration aims to facilitate faster access to health services for citizens and residents. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Sehhaty app played a significant role in providing electronic and instant consultation services by accredited doctors from the Ministry of Health. The app facilitated video, audio, and text communications easily and conveniently, offering appointment scheduling, virtual clinics, and sick leave services.
