This service enables users to identify the residential index for average rental prices, including types of residential units (apartment, villa, floor), or (shop, showroom, office) in the commercial index for average prices per m in commercial units. It helps achieve accurate results in search and selection processes from the available real estate that meets their needs. Additionally, it facilitates searches within cities and neighborhoods covered by the service during user-specified periods, with the ability to use interactive maps.
As of March 2023, the total number of cities covered by the Rental Index service reached (160) cities and governorates in the Kingdom.
The Rental Index aims to achieve transparency and stimulate investment in the rental real estate sector in the Kingdom by setting specific rental indicators for cities, neighborhoods, and various types of properties, both residential and commercial.
