Fasah Platform

Fasah Platform is an electronic platform affiliated with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It specializes in international trade services and operates through an integrated electronic system for import and export services. It enables importers, exporters, and customs brokers to complete their transactions electronically.

The platform connects relevant entities involved in clearance operations in both the private and public sectors, offering them around 135 services. It was launched as one of the initiatives to achieve Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to facilitate business activities and eliminate paper transactions. The platform's goal is to improve the Kingdom's ranking in the global classification by enhancing the Logistics Performance Index.

The Fasah Platform aims to achieve several objectives, including speeding up commercial operations, facilitating the electronic tracking of clearance by providing import and export data and completing processes without the need to visit the relevant authorities. It also seeks to strengthen the confidence of international investors and increase transparency in import, export, and customs clearance operations.

The Fasah Platform offers a number of customs services through its website, including truck appointment booking, shipment tracking, and electronic payment services. It serves freight forwarders at seaports, airports, land ports, and the dry port.

Registration on the platform begins by selecting the user's type of activity: Importer, Customs Broker, Foreign Carrier, or General User. Next, you need to enter the type of entity, followed by the commercial registration number and the authorized person's ID number, as well as the expiration dates for both the commercial registration and the ID.

The Fasah Pay service digitizes payments and invoices in collaboration with the Saudi Payments Company, facilitating and accelerating financial trade. It enables importers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and port contractors to handle payments and billing efficiently.

The service offers the creation of invoices through integration with service providers' systems or using approved reference details, then delivering them to the beneficiary through the platform. Invoices can be modified and canceled, with payment available via the Sadad number. The service also provides the ability to view reports and invoice-related details for billers. Additionally, it offers detailed invoices and consolidated invoices, allowing the beneficiary to see all aspects related to their shipment in a single invoice.

The twenty-four-hour Container Clearance Program works to expedite the clearance of containers at ports through a swift action plan that facilitates procedures and increases productivity. Customs import data is created before the containers arrive at the customs port. This program allows the entities involved in the clearance process to complete their procedures before the goods arrive.

The Fasah Platform has benefited approximately forty-four thousand importers and exporters, 3,349 customs brokers, 154 freight forwarders, thirty-three car dealers, and thirteen port operators.
