Al-Ula Design Studio is a project initiated by the Royal Commission for al-Ula in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It aims to provide new community services to contribute to the urban regeneration of al-Ula Governorate in al-Madinah al-Munawwarah Province. Architectural models and designs will be provided to individuals looking to build residential or commercial properties inspired by the distinctive style of traditional Arabian architecture. The project was launched in 2020, enabling the citizens of al-Ula to choose what suits them to develop their properties in harmony with the history and heritage of al-Ula, ensuring that the new buildings are maintained at the highest level of safety and sustainability.

Al-Ula Design Studio considers designs that utilize building spaces to the maximum extent available along with providing the widest possible area to serve the interests of residents, meet families' needs, and ensure that the area's development promotes an integrated community lifestyle. Additionally, it involves controlling the spaces available between buildings and designing them to provide shaded sidewalks with wide streets, and providing areas for public squares and pedestrian zones. Furthermore, it focuses on expanding the green spaces to create interconnected sites along the modern overlook of al-Ula Valley.
