What Are the Eligibility Requirements for Compensation Under the SANED System?
The SANED system applies to Saudi citizens eligible for the system's services. Applicants must be unable to work, have no income from a profession or private activity, not have been dismissed from work at their own discretion or for a reason attributable to them, actively search for work, participate in specified training programs, meet the required contribution periods for eligibility, be under the age of fifty-nine and subject to the pension branch under the Social Insurance Law, and register with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development by submitting a request to the General Organization for Social Insurance within ninety days of leaving work.
'SANED' is a government initiative that helps bridge the transitional gap for citizens who are unemployed while searching for a job or transitioning between jobs. It provides a minimum income to support them, assists them in their job search, and empowers them with the necessary training programs.
