Entifa Platform

Entifa Platform is an electronic platform affiliated with the State Properties General Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that provides all sorts of real estate services. It was developed to facilitate the completion of applications electronically for beneficiaries, such as government entities, private sectors, and individuals. The platform aims to transform the authority digitally, providing services including real estate requests, slum clearance, inventory, and future planning.

Entifa Platform aims to achieve several goals, including improving the quality of services provided and supplying a comprehensive real estate portfolio, which seeks to maintain data quality and establish a real estate database, as well as digital integration with partner systems to enhance collaboration and data and information exchange between different systems. Additionally, it aims to offer a unique user experience and provide more than thirty services through a unified interactive portal that facilitates easy access for beneficiaries.

The platform offers several electronic services, and among those applied to governmental entities is the real estate request service, which allows them to submit allocations in accordance with their actual needs. It also provides expropriated real estate vacating requests, cashing checks through the authority, and creating an inventory for real estate property, gifts, and endowments within the Kingdom, as well as an inventory for rented real estate inside and outside the Kingdom.

The platform also provides services for the private sector, including logging in to the suppliers' portal, in which suppliers' data, information about their practices, and other details are recorded. For individuals, it offers inquiry services about compensations, receiving requests for slum clearance compensations in Jeddah Governorate, booking an appointment, additional contract services, compensation for general damage, and a fare request service, such as a real estate that has been expropriated.

On March 5, 2023, the State Properties General Authority announced the automation of the procedures for the Kingdom leasing its real estate to governmental entities through Entifa Platform. The authority clarified that all government entities will be announcing their real estate rental needs through the "Entifa" Platform, per the State's Property Rental and Eviction Law and its Implementing Regulations. This will allow government entities to submit their real estate requests through the platform, enabling real estate owners, or "renters," to review the available opportunities listed on the platform.
