Al-Riyadh Club
Al-Riyadh Club is one of the sports clubs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, classified among the teams of the ROSHN Saudi League (Pro League). It was founded in 1953, and its headquarters is located in Laban Neighborhood in the west of Riyadh City.
Establishment
Al-Riyadh Club was founded in 1953 under the name “Ahli Riyadh.” Its name was later changed to “Al-Yamamah” and subsequently to “Riyadh Club.” The club has an official stadium with a capacity of 15,000 spectators, named Prince Turki Bin Abdulaziz Stadium, which was established in 1988.

Women’s sports
Al-Riyadh Club established an independent department to oversee women’s sports at the club. The department offers eight sports: football, tennis, table tennis, badminton, judo, taekwondo, yoga, and squash.
Privatization
On June 8, 2026, the Ministry of Sport and the National Center for Privatization announced the offering of Al-Riyadh Club for privatization as part of the Saudi Sports Clubs Privatization Project.
