Conditions for benefiting from the Telework Platform
Registration on the platform enables contracting with establishments remotely, providing reports on monitoring and follow-up work. Individuals wishing to benefit must be Saudi nationals, aged between eighteen and sixty years old, proficient in modern digital technologies, and have an active account on the government's Absher Platform.
To benefit from the services of applicants on the platform, interested establishments must provide their officially registered establishment number with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, their commercial registration, social insurance certificates, medical insurance policy number, as well as registration on the Telework Portal, and signing a contract with one of the accredited service providers for the program.
Those who wish to be service providers on the Telework Platform must sign a work project agreement with Future Work Company after presenting the registered establishment number with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, registering on the Telework Portal, and establishing technical integration with it. Additionally, they need to provide dedicated systems for measurement and productivity monitoring, a license certificate for the service provider if operating in recruitment activities, and evidence of technical and operational experience to support employers.
Establishments benefit from the Telework Platform
The process for establishments to benefit from the Telework Platform involves several steps: filling out the establishment profile, adding a new project, and advertising available jobs. Meanwhile, job seekers need to click on the designated icon to register job seeker information, create an account on the website, write their resumes, and then apply for the available jobs listed on the platform, culminating in the acceptance of a job offer.
