The logo is circular in shape with a symbolic image of two mountains in the center, along with the club's name in both Arabic and English. The colors brown and white represent the club and are the official colors of the team's uniform.
Beginnings
The establishment of the club extended over two phases. The first phase was the formation of 'al-Jabalain' as a neighborhood team named 'al-Jabalain,' which later became the club's name. It was formed in 1957 and coincided with the emergence of al-Nassr 'neighborhood' team. At that time, the teams did not have an official status. The team was led by al-Jabalain's mayor, Abdulaziz al-Jarwan, along with his brother Abdullah and several players, most of whom were from the Samah neighborhood.
The team initially played on a field near Jabal al-Thaniyah, north of the current al-Aziziyah School, before moving to its field west of the old Hail Hospital. In 1959, the youth and residents of Hail proposed merging the neighborhood teams into one club with a single name. They encouraged the teams to join al-Jabalain. The most significant and largest of these teams was al-Nassr 'neighborhood' team, whose members mostly joined al-Jabalain, followed by other neighborhood teams (named al-Hilal, al-Wehda, al-Shabab, and al-Alamein), from 1959 to 1965.
