Doroob Platform is a national platform specialized in e-training. It is one of the initiatives of the Human Resources Development Fund, affiliated with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. The platform contributes to developing the capabilities of the national workforce, both males and females, by enabling them to acquire job skills that support their pursuit of suitable employment and meet the demands of the Saudi labor market.
The national e-training platform "Doroob" offers the "Doroob-In" program, which provides around fourteen specialties, including business administration, programming, design, data analysis, cloud computing, accounting and finance, human resources, leadership and management, project management, marketing, and performance development. This is done in partnership with global e-training platforms. The "Doroob-In" program includes 16,000 training courses across various fields and specializations relevant to the Saudi labor market.
