It is a government center that aims to facilitate the procedures for starting, conducting, and closing economic businesses. The center provides all related services and operations according to the best international practices, in partnership with seven government entities, and operates through sixteen branches across the Kingdom.
The center is organizationally linked to the Council of Economic and Development Affairs and was established in 2019. The center's strategic objectives are as follows:
- Facilitating the start and conduct of economic businesses by creating an encouraging work environment, enhancing competitiveness in the Kingdom, and increasing economic growth rates.
- Improving the quality of government requirements by reducing the time and cost of services and licenses required from the private sector.
- Gradually providing 1,200 services through the platform with our partners from various entities by automating them.
- Enabling data-driven decision-making in the private sector to support investors and the private sector with specialized studies, sectoral reports, and economic data dashboards that contribute to informed decision-making.
